Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm.
Standard Delivery (3-5 Days) for 6E orders under 2kg, 12E for over 2kg.
Standard Delivery (3 -5 Days) on all orders over 120E.
Due to the current situation with Brexit deliveries can be delayed, and may incur import taxes.

Do you deliver internationally?
We are able to deliver internationally, if your delivery address is not on the list above please contact us and we can arrange a custom delivery price for your order.
I need a parcel tomorrow, can you do that?
We do offer a click and collect option at check out, so if you are able to get to us to collect we can have your order ready for you within 24hrs for special requests.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use CTT tracked service for the vast majority of parcel deliveries. We also use DHL & Delnext Local for larger international orders.
How will I know when to expect my parcel?
You will be sent an email when your parcels leaves us with full tracking details. Orders usually take 2-3 days within Portugal and up to 2 weeks for uk delivery. You can monitor the tracking through the link provided in the email and also through your online account on the website.
What if I'm not home when my parcel is delivered?
CTT – If you are out when your parcel is delivered your parcel will either be left safe on your property, with a neighbour or taken back to the sorting office if neither of those options is possible. You will be left a card with details to arrange re-delivery or collection from the sorting office.
What shall I do if I'm having problems with my delivery?
My parcel was damaged, what shall I do?
If you’ve received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away. Please email us with details of your delivery, what’s damaged and a photo if possible and we will arrange replacements or a refund, depending on the situation and what you’d prefer. We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Something is missing from my parcel, what shall I do?
We are only human and very occasionally we may miss something out of your parcel. If this has happened please let us know and we will get the missing item to you whilst apologising profusely!
If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 working days of receipt of your items. We can offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in pristine condition and in the original package unopened and unused. Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded. If you wish to return any items, please be aware that yourself, the customer is responsible for any postage costs connected to this – if this was not an error on our behalf. You must contact us before returning and item, so we can process your return correctly and advise you of the steps required.
